My Storage’s main goal is to assist you as much as possible with your move. There are a few things to remember on moving day, and we understand how stressful the whole experience can be. That’s why we’re here to help you every step of the way.
As a part of our policy, all storage units must be locked. We allow our customers to bring their own lock and many people already have their own, tossed in a shed at home or in the boot of their car! If you can’t find one laying around you can always purchase one from our office for your convenience. Our customers can choose from two types. Our first option is a standard brass padlock that fits all units. The second option we offer is a Diskette (circular one) that is more heavy-duty. This lock is perfect for our larger container units. My Storage does not hold keys for any of our customers so we advise our customers to ensure they keep spare keys in a safe place.
Another common occurrence during moving day is realising you have more gear than expected. If you happen to come to such a realisation then don’t fret! My Storage stocks cartons so should you need to store more items you can easily purchase these to store your belongings. We also sell desiccant. All our units are waterproof so dessicant is not required for that purpose. Instead, it can help to eliminate that slight odour or stuffiness you may get after items have been stored away for some time.
You can find all these items in our office and we can invoice them to your account to save you having to pay on the spot. Moving day doesn’t have to be stressful.
