The staff at My Storage have decided that we would like to support some of the unrecognised work in our community.
In this instance we have chosen The Kids Foundation helping immune deficient children and those who need organ transplants.
We are very happy that we have made a good choice and able to do this.
For a lot of people looking for storage units in the Nelson, Richmond, Tasman areas, their preference is to select a facility that is close to where they live. Convenience is the key.
My Storage is well situated in this respect.
We are on Gladstone Rd, which is the main road heading out of Richmond and therefore easy to find.
If you are travelling out from Nelson, simply stay on the main road system and you will get to us.
We are only 1.5km from central Richmond and service this area and surrounds. Both commercial and private clients find this very handy.
There is a lot of housing development in Richmond and two of the largest are Berryfields and The Meadows.
If you live in one of these subdivisions, we are only literally on the same block and 3km away. Too easy!
Waimea Village is just over the road and several residents have rented our storage units due to the smaller sizes we offer and sheer convenience. They also like the ease of being able to access their unit to get things out or put them in as and when needed.
There has been a number of reasons as follows-
- Redecorating and needing space cleared.
- Items to be stored and sorted at a later date having just moved in.
- Sentimental items that do not fit in the new home and just cannot be thrown away.
- Estate lots and relieving the family of the pressure of sorting everything immediately.
