New Summer Hours 6am to 8.30 pm from 1st October.
Daylight saving started on the 24th September signalling that summer is on the way.
Our new hours are in place from Sunday 01 October 2023.
With summer starting our lifestyles all take on a new turn.
The longer evenings encourage us to make the most of our time outside.
You may wish to store your winter items eg skis in one of our small units to make room for bikes, kayaks, waterskis etc that are part of Nelson’s summer.
You can store these for as long as you like even for just a few months to help you through this time.
Alternatively, bulky items eg tents and kayaks, can take up a lot of space at home. You are welcome to come and go from your storage unit to take things in and out. Storage does not mean that your goods are inaccessible.
You may even want to hide some Christmas presents!
There is no need to report to us that you are coming. You will have the key to the padlock that you supplied and the pin to the security gate.
“Kids” will shortly be returning from university with all their ‘stuff’. You may wish to store this over the summer break.
Some of it is bound to disappear again when they move out and then added to next year.
Useful Tip- A useful, simple packing hint is to put towels at the bottom of your boxes. This equals out the pressure and you are less likely to have the box collapse and drop your items.
