Christmas is fast approaching and at this time of the year, things can creep up on us all so quickly.
We would like to pre-empt some of the questions that we have come across in previous years in the hope that this may elevate some stress at this time.

Can I contact My Storage over the break?

What times and days can I access my unit at My Storage over the holiday break?
Our hours remain the same being 6am until 8.30pm, 7 days a week.
What dates is the office closed?
We will close at midday on Monday 23rd December and reopen on Monday 6th January.
Will invoicing and processing of my weekly storage rent continue as normal?
Yes, this process will continue. With the stat holidays there are often significant delays with the banks processing payments. We do our best to avoid late letters being sent but the odd one can slip through. If you should receive one and have paid, please ignore this and do not be concerned as it will ‘catch up”.
You must continue to pay your rent on time.
Yes, this does not change. We will never compromise your security.
Does the above information apply to both your yards at 68 Gladstone Road and 128 Main Road Hope?
Most definitely both yards operate under the same criteria.
