We would like to briefly answer some of the daily questions that our clients ask.
If you have never stored before, it is the unknown and sometimes you don’t even know what to ask!
- How do I know how much storage I need?
Kerri or Gayle will be able to help determine the storage space you need with a few simple questions. If you are using a removal firm, often, they will also be able to advise. It is not something that you need to toss and turn about as we can sort it.
- What do I need to do to arrange a unit?
It is easy! You must complete a contract which can be done by calling in or we can send it to you by email. It is not a problem. We like to maintain a presence in the office so that we can help clients on a personal basis. My Storage office hours are 9am until 2pm, Monday to Friday.
We need some form of ID and we take the copy for you.
Payment is required and you are all set to take over you storage unit.
- Do I need to supply a lock?
Padlocks are not included in the storage fees but to make things easier we do sell a range in our office. You are of course most welcome to supply your own.
