In our last My Storage blog post, we ran over the details of our new units at 128 Main Road Hope, Richmond, Nelson.
At that stage our 6 x 2.4 units (20 footers) which accommodate the equivalent of a 3bedroom home were set up and ‘ready to rent’.
We are pleased that our next order has arrived and these storage units are up and running. They are waiting for you!
Each unit measures 3 x 2.4 and accommodates the equivalent of a small 1 bedroom flat or apartment.
What makes these units stand out is that they are purpose built for storage.
The doors are light and easy to close which is fantastic for anyone who finds manipulating weight difficult.
Of course, as they share the same site as the 6 x 2.4s mentioned above, they have the same security features.
Security is a ‘huge’ factor in storing your items and a question we are frequently asked.
My Storage offers fully fenced (electrified in parts), night security beams, 24/7 TV and an electronic gate to which each client is assigned a unique pin.
You can access your storage unit 7 days a week, no need to check in and the current summer hours are 6am until 8.30pm switching over to winter hours of 6am to 6pm as at the 1st April.
We close earlier in the winter as we believe that this offers better security and prohibits access in the dark from unwanted visitors..
