As a small business, we have remained locally owned and not been taken over by a large national company.
This makes it very important to us to maintain our local presence and to be available to you.
We want to remain “human” so that you have a person to deal with and therefore our office at our main yard, 68 Gladstone Road is open every Monday to Friday 9am -2pm.
Many clients still like to call in and meet the person that they are dealing with and to complete a ‘ good old hard copy’.
These interactions are great and allow us to establish a rapport. It is amazing how many issues and questions can be solved face to face and we also like to show clients their unit and run over the security precautions that My Storage has in place.
We respond to all our emails and phone messages promptly so that no one feels they are just another one in the queue.
Of course, we are not that far behind the times that we don’t embrace technology and are more than happy to complete documents and correspond via email and via our website.
