When can I access my unit?
You can access your unit 7 days a week anytime from 6am until 6pm during winter and 6am until 8.30pm during summer. You do not have to let us know that you are coming just bowl on up!
How do I access my unit?
Firstly, use your pin at the security gate to enter the yard, head straight to your unit, unlock the padlock that you have supplied, and it is as easy as that. If you have someone entering your storage unit, on your behalf, remember to give them your personalised pin so that they can gain access.
Is there enough room for vehicles to manoeuvre and to park outside my unit?
There is ample room for large removal vehicles to park right up next to your unit making loading and unloading easy. My Storage is fortunate to be able to offer this feature as not all storage companies have so much room. Don’t worry about the above picture. It was not taken in our yard!!
Some of our smaller units do not have this because they accommodate smaller items and there is no need. We do supply a trolley to help you load these.
